ABOUT CATHERINE

"I help people who've spent their lives wondering why they struggle - and finally find out why."

If you've spent your whole life feeling like you just don't quite fit — at work, in relationships, in your own skin — you're not alone, and you're not broken. You may simply have a brain that works differently.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where we can explore your unique neurodivergent profile, untangle the shame and self-doubt, and build a life that genuinely works for you.

As a neurodivergent therapist myself, I bring lived experience alongside clinical expertise. I understand the exhaustion of masking. I get it — not just professionally, but personally.

What Clients Say

"One thing that felt different about this space was… the freedom and safety of being understood by a fellow late diagnosed woman. I felt real safety, compassion and warmth from Catherine. Nothing I said was too ‘weird’, and I felt fully able and encouraged to be myself."

THE NEUROFRIENDLY NEWSLETTER

Writing about neurodivergence, therapy & real life

Every couple of weeks I write about what it means to live and thrive as a neurodivergent person — the struggles that don't get talked about, the things that actually help, and the research and ideas that are shaping how I work.

  • Understanding autism, ADHD and AuDHD in everyday life through the lens of storytelling

  • Burnout, masking and how to recover

  • Trauma and how it shows up in neurodivergent people

  • Practical tools and strategies that actually work

  • Reflections from the therapy room
